Chocolates from Paradai from Thailand. A small-scale bean to bar chocolate maker in Bangkok. We managed to get some beautiful chocolates from them made from Thai cocoa.
Their Chantaburri chocolate was named the best dark chocolate in the world at the 2022 International Chocolate Awards world finals, but the other chocolates also received several great awards – including from the Academy of Chocolate.
A beautiful small-scale chocolate maker, very special to be able to offer these chocolates. They are certainly not subtle chocolates but powerful taste experiences that can really blow you away. You don’t have to look for subtle, barely detectable flavor notes, lots of fruity notes – but also much more.
