Another special creation!
75% pure cocoa from the Nakhon Si Thammarat region in the south of Thailand. Made into chocolate by Paradai in Bangkok Thailand.
Taste notes described as: raisin, complex, spicy, mild sweetness.
With dried longan & galanga as associations, in any case a nice mix of sweet, bitter, spicy and sour. You can taste a bit of everything, and then there is of course a lot to discover. A fascinating chocolate, we might say.
Awarded gold at Academy of Chocolate 2022 & 2023.
Ingredients: cocoa, cocoa butter, cane sugar.
Cocoa at least 75%. Contents 50 grams.
