We only managed to get our hands on a few (hopefully more later, but less than a handful for now), so no long stories this time.
The gist: the great chocolate makers of Qantu from Canada have created something new again. With, as we are used to from them, cocoa from Peru (Morropon, Piura) and in this case an infusion of hops. The cocoa is mixed with Sabro Hop and this gives its taste and smell to the cocoa, and is then extracted again. So there is no hop or beer in it, but it smells and tastes like it. Nice to see how this works.
Flavour notes from the makers: caramel, orange, mango.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, MILK powder, cocoa butter.
