Description
While we traditionally know milk chocolate from the supermarkets as chocolate that contains milk but above all a lot of sugar, this is actually not necessary at all. You can use more cocoa, as we often see with the milk chocolates in our range, so that you can really taste some of the cocoa and, above all, the milk gives a nice creamy balance.
But you can also go one step further… and leave out the sugar completely. Then you get a creation like this chocolate from Qantu: Cocoa and milk, but no sugar at all. (cocoa contains a small amount of natural sugar, but we are talking about 3 grams – but that is purely from the cocoa, no sugar has been added as usual)
The makers say: This bar is a cheerful meeting between the delicacy of milk chocolate and the purity of 100% cocoa chocolate. The result: A milk chocolate without added sugar with a surprising strength that will enchant you! Enjoy it with a piece of your favorite fruit or a fortified wine.
Cocoa origin: Bagua, Amazons, Peru
Flavor notes: hazelnut, truffle cream
Ingredients: cocoa beans, whole milk powder, cocoa butter.
Allergy note from the maker: may contain traces of all types of nuts. Contains milk.
