As a Canadian (top) chocolate maker you must of course make chocolate with Maple. And that is what Qantu does, and how.
A tribute to salted caramel, but the Qantu way.
With fine salt grains and especially the delicious taste of the maple that comes together with a pure (60% cocoa, easily accessible, but certainly also very tasty) chocolate. The cocoa used is the Chuncho cocoa from Peru, specially selected, also for its natural sweetness, for this combination.
The makers say: The Maple (maple) and fleur de sel bar promises a feeling of sweet happiness with the first bite. Its aromatic profile is reminiscent of banana bread lightly topped with caramel. Simply intoxicating!

Nose: sweet herbs, caramel
Mouth: banana, cinnamon
Finish: pecan and other nuts
Ingredients: cocoa, maple, cocoa butter, Maras fleur de sel.
Allergy note: may contain traces of all types of nuts and milk.
