Dark chocolate from Raaaka with maple and pieces of cacao nibs.
Instead of cane sugar, maple has been used, which gives a very nice different taste experience to this dark chocolate. There are also small pieces of roasted cacao nibs for a crispy effect. And as always with Raaka, the cocoa used is not roasted.

With 75% cocoa from Semuliki Forest Cacao in Uganda.
