Description
For that you have to be Rózsavölgyi – exploring the limits of what is possible with Gianduja. Normally this is a creamy mix of chocolate and hazelnuts – but the Hungarian bean to bar chocolate makers are exploring how you can also do this with other nuts. They already had a gianduja chocolate with pistachio – and now this version is made with almonds. To do this, they combine the almond gianduja with a dark chocolate made from cocoa from Peru.
The chocolate from Peru is floral and slightly fruity, which combines intriguingly with the almonds.
Ingredients: dark chocolate with at least 73% acao (cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter), almond praline (almond 60% sugar, vanilla).
Allergy note from the maker: made in a chocolate factory that also processes nuts, sesame and milk powder.
Contents 60 grams. Made by Rózsavölgyi Csokoládé Kft, Hungary.
