We’ve carried their 100% chocolate made with cacao from Tanzania (Kokoa Kamili) for a while now, and we’re pleased to add this 100% chocolate made with cacao from Uganda.
The moment you open the packaging, the aroma is striking — fruity in a pleasant and surprisingly sweet way, almost reminiscent of fresh apples.
The flavour notes follow suit: fruity and subtle at first, gradually giving way to darker notes and a mild bitterness — yet everything stays in a pleasant, well-rounded balance. A beautiful harmony, in our opinion. Of course, tasting is always deeply personal, and there’s much more to discover in this bar — but that’s exactly what we encourage you to explore for yourself.
