It is therefore very appropriate that they have this Dutch creation in their range, based on their own preferences, memories and thoughts.
The ‘Dutch Apple Crumble’ from Solkiki is a fairly subtle chocolate in which the apple flavor, together with oats and herbs, certainly comes to the fore – but in harmony with the (vegan) milk chocolate – of cocoa from Piura (Peru). Appropriate (or perfect) combination because the cocoa from Piura itself can also be called absolutely fruity.
So don’t expect an apple pie in chocolate form, you should already make a filled chocolate – but a beautiful interpretation in which the harmony between the apple, spices and oats comes together with the coconut milk chocolate. A tasty, very fruity whole. And a fascinating chocolate, both to enjoy carefree, but also to sit down and discover the different flavors. Nice!
