Chocolate with coffee, but not just chocolate and not just coffee of course.
Let’s start with the coffee: this is a coffee roasted by ‘Union Hand-Roasted Coffee’ from London and the coffee beans from the Maraba cooperative – coffee beans from Rwanda – the first specialty coffee from this country – special, we think so.
The cocoa comes from the famous Marañon valley from Peru – Fortunato No. 4.
Fine combination, no overwhelming coffee taste, it is a refined whole. And we like that we could obtain a number of bars from this limited series.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, Maraba coffee.
