A 70% dark cocoa blend from Costa Rica & the Dominican Republic.
The bar is named after the Wasatch Mountains in Utah, seen from Salt Lake City, the city where Solstice makes its chocolates.
Taste note from the makers: This unique blend of cocoa provides a chocolate that is both mild and exciting. With creaminess and subtle sweet herbs. A blend of three cocoa origins that makes a rich chocolate bar that gives satisfaction. With brownie-like taste tones. Everything that should be pure chocolate.

Heel erg lekker, heel toegankelijk en heeft toch iets spannends. Ik geef vijf sterren voor de smaak, en vijf sterren voor de fijne verpakking! Luchtdicht hersluitbaar, en geen kruimels die een eigen leven gaan leiden.
