In Chinese, the name means “ginger clashing with milk.” The magic comes from a bit of science: when ginger juice and warm milk are combined, the enzymes and proteins react to create an incredibly delicate, silky curd that tastes delicious. Cool, huh?
Ginger milk chocolate is so delicious: peppery and spicy, with a creamy custard.
Glittering jewels of candied ginger are sprinkled on top for an extravagant effect… enjoy!

A small bar, like everything in this series, but packed with flavor. And truly unique. Because you might have tasted a white chocolate with an addition, but this is something completely different—just like the white chocolates with fruit are so packed with fruit that it’s insane—it’s also something truly special. It makes you think, “Huh, do I have a chocolate in my mouth here, or a real ginger milk pudding?” But then it melts away nicely, and you know… mmm, chocolate. And then you smell it again, and take another piece, and you know—that’s good again.
