The award-winning maker Fredrik Martinsson (Standout Chocolate) from Sweden has already won many awards at the various chocolate awards (International Chocoalte Awards, Great Taste Awards) – his Belize 70% chocolate is the most awarded. An appropriate choice to also make purer versions of this cocoa – we also think this is a good choice in terms of taste tones from the cocoa. An 85% but also this chocolate completely without sugar – 100% cocoa.
