Fine milk chocolate variant of the Madagascar chocolate from Standout.
With 60% cocoa, and a balance of creamy and fruity taste notes.
The cocoa comes from Akesson’s Estate in Madagascar from the Sambirano valley. The cocoa has fermented for 6 days (3 turns) and has been dried in direct and indirect sunlight, depending on the conditions, for 7 to 14 days.
A beautiful chocolate for milk chocolate lovers who go for ‘the best of both worlds’, with the creaminess and taste of the milk, but also a higher cocoa percentage so that the natural flavors of the cocoa remain intact.
Ingredients: cocoa, cane sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter.
