Many of Willie’s Cacao chocolates contain around 70 percent cacao. With this bar, he takes a significant step up in purity: 88% cacao – and you can definitely taste it. Made with cacao from San Agustin, Colombia.
Taste
Willie himself says: “Go on a flavour journey with this bar, where soft notes of cherries and damson plums dance through the depth. With 88% cacao, this is a delicious low-sugar chocolate.” The bar is indeed not sweet, but it is very flavourful with a pleasant, smooth texture. And not extremely bitter for such a high-percentage chocolate!
