Willie’s Cacao – bar Indonsian Gold 69 Javan
This bar is made from beans that come from the island of Java. This type of cocoa is highly appreciated everywhere. The beans are exceptionally light in color and have a slightly higher cocoa butter content than usual. The result is a surprisingly light dark chocolate with soft caramel (and delicious berry) notes.
Indonesia is the world’s third largest producer of cocoa. Willie’s Cacao Javanese beans are produced by a state-owned plantation, which accounts for 8% of Indonesia’s production. The beans from these growers are known to be very refined and only produce premium beans.
