Taste

Willie’s says: “These beautiful beans from the San Vicente district in Colombia have such a gentle character that they make the perfect 95% dark chocolate. Their softly floral fruit notes come with whispers of honey.” And we can taste that too! Along with some roasted coffee notes. It is, of course, a very dark bar, but the subtle flavour of the cacao makes it surprisingly smooth and refined. Very approachable for 95% cacao.
