Description
Very fine dark chocolate ‘El Castillero’ made from cocoa from El Castillo, Rio San Juan, Nicaragua.
A blend of trinitario cocoa beans, with a mild, soft, long-lasting taste.
Taste notes: honey, yellow fruit, molasses, licorice, date.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cocoa butter, beet sugar.
Contents 45 grams. Keep cool and dry. May contain traces of nuts.
Fermentation: cascade-type boxes (650kg), 6 days, 3 turns
Pre-drying: 48 hours, 10cm, sun tunnel
Drying: 7 days, sun tunnel, wood
Award: Silver at the Chocolate Awards 2018 World Final.
