Dark chocolate from Zoto from cocoa from the Cusco region of Peru – from the Qori Warmi cooperative, which is run entirely by women.
Taste description: The Ganzo is a dark, well-balanced chocolate, a very fruity, exotic and explosive chocolate. Everyone appreciates the dynamic and recognizable flavor profile!
Flavor notes described by the makers: passion fruit, caramel, geranium, vanilla.
Ingredients; cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
Contains 75% cocoa, of which 68% cocoa bean and 7% cocoa butter. Content 45-50 grams.
Fermentation: 6 days in pre-drained wooden box (650kg), 4 turns
Drying: pre-drying for 8 hours, drying in the sun tunnel for 7 days
Toasting: 117 degrees, 29 minutes.

Heerlijke, donkere chocola. Ik vind hem ook wat kruidig proeven, met een klein beetje besachtige nasmaak die je nog lang na kunt proeven (maar niet zuur).
