Contains 80% cocoa, 73% cocoa beans and 7% cocoa butter. Content 45 grams.
Fermentation: pre-drained crates, 5 days (250kg), 3 turns
Drying: 24 hours pre-drying, 7 days sun drying in sun tunnel
Roasting: 120 degrees, 20 minutes
