The Happy Birthday chocolate is a delicious milk chocolate with soft almond praline & almond crunchies. Deliciously sweet candy, comparable to a bonbon – the Handscooped filled chocolates from Zotter are very popular. Not bars to hold extensive tastings with, but to simply enjoy. Guilty pleasures, although you certainly don’t have to feel guilty about it. Moreover, they are all of course made from fairly traded cocoa and are also organically certified.

The makers say about it: “A sweet chocolate surprise: a homemade almond praline as a filling, refined with white chocolate. The almond brittle, made from freshly caramelized burnt almonds, provides a deliciously crunchy, nutty experience. The entire creation is covered with a milk chocolate shell with a cocoa content of 50%. With a golden design element.”

With beautiful layers of chocolate and then the filling, deliciously sweet, nutty, a real treat.

Ingredients: raw cane sugar, almonds (28%), cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, sweet whey powder, skimmed milk powder, butter, whole cane sugar, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), salt, vanilla powder, rose petals, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar), cinnamon.

Allergens: contains milk, pistachio, almond, soy. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanut, egg and sesame.
