The Happy Birthday chocolate is a delicious milk chocolate with a smooth almond praline & almond brittle. Wonderfully sweet and indulgent, comparable to a praline—Zotter’s Handscooped filled chocolates are always popular. Not bars meant for detailed tastings, but simply to enjoy. Guilty pleasures, though there’s really no need to feel guilty, as they are made with fairly traded cocoa and are certified organic.

The makers say about it: “A sweet chocolate surprise: filled with a homemade almond praline refined with white chocolate. The almond brittle, made from freshly caramelised roasted almonds, provides a delightfully crunchy, nutty experience. The whole creation is coated in a milk chocolate shell with a cocoa content of 50%. With a golden design element.”

Ingredients: raw cane sugar, almonds (28%), cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, sweet whey powder, skimmed milk powder, butter, whole cane sugar, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), salt, vanilla powder, rose petals, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar), cinnamon.

Allergens: contains milk, almonds, soy. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, egg, gluten, and sesame.
