Fine dark chocolate from Zotter with 72% cocoa from Haiti.
Description from the makers: “A dark island chocolate with a cocoa content of 72% and a surprising, highly fruity taste without the typically high fructose content. The cocoa beans come from the Pisa Cooperative, which has over 1,200 members. These farmers demonstrate how important fair trade is, especially in politically unstable regions of the world. Made bean-to-bar and carefully roasted using the Fine Mist Roasting method (FMR).”
Flavor notes: hints of red grapes, plums, sweet cherries and spices.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
Allergy note: may contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, gluten, milk, sesame and soy.
