A fine filled chocolate – a dark chocolate shell filled with a chocolate mousse with rum!
Zotter makes a lot of pure origin chocolate (and milk chocolate), but also a nice series of ‘Handscooped’ bars. In fact, more comparable with chocolates / pralines. A chocolate casing with a filling. And this chocolate is a good example of this. A mousse filling, a small kick from the alcohol (3% rum) and then also in a nice vegan & organic version.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, cashews, rice syrup, rum, salt.
Certified organic, cocoa 70%, fair trade. 3% rum.
