Zotter Filled – Cheese & Mango Chutney

Filled dark milk chocolate with a cheese ganache and mango cream (contains – a little – alcohol)

Fruity, slightly spicy, walnut, cheese and of course nice and sweet – all together and all in all – very special. And certainly not as crazy as it may sound, you can taste the cheese, but quite subtly, and the mango is certainly not overpowering – it’s all quite nicely balanced – well, that’s what we think, based on our expectations. and what we tasted. Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, milk, invert sugar syrup, processed cheese (3%: raw milk cheese, cream, water, acidity regulator: trisodium citrate), mango puree (3%), skimmed milk yoghurt powder, dried mangoes (2%), starch syrup, Muscaris white wine (contains sulphites), walnuts, skimmed milk powder, cashew nuts, grappa, lime concentrate, sweet whey powder, apple balsamic vinegar, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), rice drink powder (rice, sunflower oil, salt), lemon juice concentrate, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar), salt, whole cane sugar, vanilla powder, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, chili pepper “Bird’s eye”.

Allergy note: contains milk, walnut, cashew nut, soy. May contain traces of all nuts, peanuts, egg, sesame and gluten.
