Zotter Filled Chestnut & Rum

Description

Chestnut milk chocolate with a chestnut filling. Chestnut purée, almond nougat, honey, and a few drops of (organic!) rum, coated in a shell of chestnut couverture blended with 40% milk chocolate.

Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, chestnut purée (12%), whole milk powder, chestnut powder (5%), cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, rum (5%), honey, invert sugar syrup, Amaretto, glucose syrup, hazelnuts, sweet whey powder, whole cane sugar, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), vanilla powder, salt, bitter almond oil, cinnamon.
