From the series ‘Handscooped’ chocolates by Zotter and as most people know you can expect a filled chocolate, actually a bonbon but in the shape of a chocolate bar.
In this case also completely vegan, which is a nice extra with such a filled bar. But above all just enjoy the exciting flavor combinations that Zotter always manages to make.

A soft, vegan caramel layer made with a baked white rice couverture. In addition, there is aromatic coconut, a hint of almond praline, some tingling Timut pepper and those deliciously fragrant tonka beans. Underneath, a wafer-thin layer of dark chocolate on top of a fruity mandarin marzipan and the whole thing is covered with dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 70%. 100% vegan!”
