Description
For this chocolate creation, Zotter has a filling of Miso, a miso that is not made with soy as usual but with poppy seeds. A caramel has been made with it, and a sesame praline has also been added, with black sesame. And… a layer of banana couverture to finish it off. All of that is covered in milk chocolate.
Nice bar, we find the poppy seed miso intriguing anyway (it seems to come from Lurvi Fermente – in case you want to buy this (organic) miso yourself).
Ingredients: Raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, sesame, butter, cream, starch syrup, poppy seed miso (rice, poppy seeds, water, salt, aspergillus oryzae), whole milk powder, cocoa mass, black sesame, freeze-dried bananas, skimmed milk powder, sesame oil, soy powder (soy, maltodextrin, corn syrup), salt, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), lemon juice concentrate, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar), vanilla powder, star anise, cinnamon.
Contents 70 grams. Allergy note: contains sesame, milk, soy. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, egg and gluten.
