Description
Another tasty filled “snack bar” from Zotter—this time with a filling of almond biscuits and hazelnut nougat. It is coated in a dark milk chocolate and then layered with almond biscuit pieces (including real cookie texture) and a layer of creamy hazelnut nougat. Essentially, like a biscuit that has an extra delicious “treat layer” you can happily eat off, but now in Zotter’s well-known “Handcooped” chocolate bar format—a chocolate bar that is generously filled, more like a bonbon.
As with all Zotter products, it is also organic and fair, and made bean-to-bar in Austria.
Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, almonds, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, hazelnuts, wheat flour, butter, skimmed milk powder, whole eggs, sweet whey powder, whole cane sugar, caramelised milk powder (skimmed milk powder, sugar), emulsifier: lecithin (soy), salt, vanilla powder, cardamom, rose petals, star anise, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar), cinnamon.
Allergy note: contains almond, milk, wheat, soy, hazelnut and egg. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts and sesame.
