Another fun filled Zotter chocolate. A bonbon, but in bar form. This time inspired by the mountains and with a touch of alcohol, combined. Made with Swiss pine liqueur combined with cranberry.
The liqueur has a beautiful, slightly resinous flavour, also somewhat nutty. In this chocolate it is combined with a thin layer of cranberry and dark chocolate.
“The Queen of the Alps” is the Swiss stone pine. Swiss stone pine schnapps is an old classic from mountain huts, which then infuses our dark chocolate ganache with a deep, boozy Swiss pine schnapps. It is combined with a thin, fruity-tart cranberry layer and coated in dark chocolate. Completely vegan.”
