Zotter Filled – Praline Layers (Vegan)

Responsible snacking with this organic, fair and vegan chocolate from Zotter.

A filled chocolate with a layer of dark chocolate as the outer shell and three inner layers:

• Hazelnut praline (20%)
• Walnut praline (20%)
• Pumpkin seed praline (19%)

For anyone who wants a praline/bonbon, but preferably fair and in the form of a chocolate bar. This is how Zotter makes it very easy to enjoy chocolate without animal products. And you can call it vegan if you like, or just say: a tasty chocolate that happens to contain no animal (suffering). It’s nice that Zotter offers quite a few good examples of that.

And of course, we personally prefer dark chocolate, so it’s easy for us—almost all the dark chocolates we sell are 99% without milk products. But Zotter especially shows that for people who enjoy milk chocolate and pralines, there are still delicious (and sometimes quite crazy) flavours possible without milk. Milk is, in our view, just one of many possible additions, just like coconut or almond, or in this case: beautiful layers of nuts and pumpkin seeds.

Is it their tastiest creation? You can definitely taste the nuts well, and the pumpkin seeds too. That might take some getting used to for some, while others respond enthusiastically. As always, taste is personal, and that especially applies to Zotter’s filled bars. Some people are passionate fans, others say… we’ll pass.

Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, pumpkin seeds (8%), hazelnuts (8%), walnuts (6%), rice drink powder (rice, sunflower oil, salt), sunflower oil, hazelnut oil, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), whole cane sugar, salt, cinnamon, vanilla powder, emulsifier: lecithin (sunflower), star anise.

Allergy note: contains hazelnut, walnut and soy. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, egg, milk, sesame and gluten.
