The makers of Zotter say the following: “A very berry-rich, sensual and floral creation: a fragrant, soft rose marzipan made with almond marzipan, rose oil and rose water on a seductive red raspberry fruit ganache made with real raspberries and delicious raspberry couverture. The stunning color and fruity taste come entirely naturally from berries alone. This delightful creation is coated in sweet milk chocolate with a cocoa content of 40%.”
Ingredients: marzipan (26%: almonds, sugar, invert sugar syrup), raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, raspberries (5%), invert sugar syrup, rose water (3%), skimmed milk powder, dried raspberries (2%), milk, raspberry powder (1%), starch syrup, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), dried blueberries, salt, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar), vanilla powder, rose oil.
Allergy note: contains milk, almond (nuts). May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, gluten, egg and sesame.
