Filled “handscooped” dark chocolate from Zotter. Filled with Scottish whisky.
A dark chocolate (60% cocoa) with a whisky cream filling.
The taste
Zotter says: “More dominance: the Scottish whisky leaves a distinctive flavour and underlines the dry, slightly tangy taste of the noble dark chocolate with its smoky aroma. A perfect combination fully in line with Scottish tradition.”
Ingredients
Cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, whisky (9%), whole milk powder, milk, butter, starch syrup, invert sugar syrup, caramelised milk powder (skimmed milk powder, sugar), skimmed milk powder, whole cane sugar, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), salt, vanilla powder, cinnamon.
Traded according to fair trade standards: cane sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter.
The milk comes from “Bio vom Berg” organic farmers in Tyrol.
Allergen note: may contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, gluten, egg, and sesame.

De whisky smaak is erg flauw. Je kan het goed ruiken, maar blijft nauwelijks in de mond hangen. Verder wel een erg lekkere romige mousse vulling.
