And that’s before you’ve even enjoyed what’s inside the packaging. Namely, a filled chocolate from Zotter with a dark milk chocolate coating and a filling of raspberry & coconut.
Like most of Zotter’s filled chocolates, it comes with a fairly long ingredient list – if you buy chocolate mainly for the unique flavour profiles of different origins, you might want to skip the filled range. This series is meant for pure enjoyment (snacking), and is more comparable to a bonbon, but in chocolate bar form.
Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, rice drink powder (rice, sunflower oil, salt), coconut crisps (7%), raspberries (5%), coconut milk (4%), invert sugar syrup, coconut powder (3%: coconut paste, coconut milk, coconut flour), glucose syrup, freeze-dried raspberries (2%), pineapple concentrate, raspberry powder (1%), lemon juice concentrate, emulsifier: lecithin (sunflower), freeze-dried cranberries, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar), salt, vanilla powder.
