Zotter – Fine White Chocolate

The name says it all: a refined white chocolate, this fine white chocolate from Zotter is a nice addition to our white chocolate range.

Nice and sweet, but not too much, and with taste notes of vanilla and whipped cream. Moreover, of course, like all chocolates from Zotter fair & organic and bean to bar made in Austria.

With milk chocolate and white chocolate, of course, the cocoa butter largely determines the taste, the sugar provides sweetness and taste, but we should certainly not forget the milk, also essential for the taste of the whole. For this chocolate, Zotter used a combination of whole milk, skimmed milk and caramelized milk powder. So a lot of thought has gone into the role of the milk in this chocolate – and as far as we’re concerned you can certainly taste that.

Ingredients: cocoa butter, cane sugar, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, caramelized milk mother, vanilla powder, soy lecithin.

Allergy note: Contains Milk, Soy. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts and sesame.

Content 70 grams. Organic.
