Zotter chocolate filled with a deliciously creamy oat (milk) chocolate shell and a filling of red fruit and almonds.

This chocolate is vegan.

A lovely chocolate to give as a gift to wish someone a Merry Christmas, also because of the beautiful illustration of a winter scene with a snowball fight and lots of snow – and the “A Wonderful Christmas Time” text on the packaging.

The makers say:

50% oat chocolate filled with a red fruit ganache and almond praline with fruit pieces.

Vegan and fruity! An oat chocolate with 50% cocoa content, with a seductively soft pink fruit layer of strawberries, cherries, raspberry-coconut couverture, cranberry couverture, and a hint of refreshing lemon. In addition, a layer of almond praline enriched with pieces of passion fruit, orange, and lemon – and in between, a wafer-thin, crunchy layer of dark chocolate.

Ingredients: Cane sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, almonds (13%), oat drink powder (5%: fermented oats), sour cherries (3%), invert sugar syrup, strawberry concentrate (3%), starch syrup, rice drink powder (rice, sunflower oil, salt), almond oil, freeze-dried passion fruit (1%: maltodextrin, passion fruit concentrate), freeze-dried oranges (1%: orange juice concentrate, orange pulp), coconut powder (coconut paste, coconut milk, coconut flour), freeze-dried cranberries (1%), freeze-dried raspberries (1%), freeze-dried lemon (0.5%: sugar, lemon juice concentrate, mango, starch), lemon juice concentrate, whole cane sugar, coconut chips, emulsifier: lecithin (sunflower), emulsifier: lecithin (soy), salt, vanilla powder, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, (corn starch, sugar), ginger powder, star anise, cinnamon.
