In addition to the Uganda Cacao Safari, we now also have the Tanzania version! This is another filled dark chocolate bar, but with a different flavor profile. While the Uganda bar is characterized by fresh, fruity and spicy notes, this Tanzania Safari is richer and creamier. The filling consists of a milk chocolate ganache made with cacao from Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania, combined with a cashew praline flavored with aromatic timut pepper, passion fruit, and caramel. Like the Uganda bar, it also contains cumeo grapefruit pepper: a unique pepper from the Himalayas, known for its exceptionally intense aromas of grapefruit, lemon, and lime.

The Tanzania Safari bar is slightly sweeter, creamier, and nuttier than the Uganda version, but just as delicious. Definitely worth trying!

Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cashew nuts (13%), milk, whole milk powder, caramel brittle (2%: sugar, almonds, dextrose, butter, grapefruit pepper, emulsifier: lecithin (sunflower)), invert sugar syrup, butter, glucose syrup, sweet whey powder, freeze-dried passion fruit (1%: maltodextrin, passion fruit concentrate), skimmed milk powder, whole cane sugar, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), salt, pepper, vanilla powder, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar). Cocoa: minimum 70% in the dark chocolate and minimum 50% in the milk chocolate.
