And in their series of filled ‘Handscooped’ chocolates. A kind of bonbon but in the shape of an elongated chocolate bar. With a layer of chocolate and lots of filling. Delicious: Milk chocolate with a cocoa content of 50%, filled with a crunchy, biscuit-like layer of almond praline and a soft cheesecake ganache of cream cheese, white chocolate, almond praline, a yoghurt shell, a touch of lemon and a hint of vanilla. Between these two delicious layers we spread a wafer-thin layer of blueberry couverture.”
