Cheese chocolate. Yes, really. Chocolate with cheese. This intriguing chocolate bar from Zotter is filled with a cheese ganache.

Zotter also says: One of Zotter’s most exentric creations for the more adventurous taste palette: a cheese ganache made from cheese from Deutschmann, an organic cheese maker from the “Milchstraße” of Styria, Austria. The ganache is combined with a layer of walnuts nougat, grappa grapes and a pinch of lemon, apple balsamic vinegar and a little chilli, covered with a dark milk chocolate with 60% cocoa content.

Is this a genial chocolate? The idea of ​​the combination, of course – we prefer a loose chocolate with a self-selected matching cheese.
