Zotter Filled – Raspberries

Another fine filled chocolate from Zotter. This time… with raspberries.

A layer of dark chocolate and beneath it a thin layer of white chocolate enclose a sweet and fruity raspberry filling.

Once again, a fun “Handscooped” chocolate from Zotter. It’s like a praline, but in the form of a chocolate bar—and as (almost) always, sweet, approachable, and dangerously snackable.

Zotter says about it: “Looks fantastic and tastes even more berry-like: a fruity pink raspberry ganache, with its juicy berry flavour and stunning colour entirely derived from natural raspberries. Very fruity, refreshingly tangy, with a fascinatingly authentic berry taste. Wrapped in an ultra-thin layer of white chocolate and coated in fine dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 70%.”

Ingredients: cane sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, raspberries (10%), invert sugar syrup, freeze-dried raspberries (4%), skimmed milk powder, milk, raspberry powder (2%), whole milk powder, starch syrup, sweet whey powder, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), freeze-dried blueberries, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar), vanilla powder, salt, cinnamon.

Allergen note: contains milk, soy. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, egg, gluten, and sesame.
