Delicious filled chocolate from Zotter in a beautiful ‘Happy Holidays’ packaging for Christmas (and holidays in general).
With a filling with mainly lots of hazelnuts: a hazelnut praline & pieces of crispy hazelnuts and that covered with a layer of dark chocolate.
The makers say about it: “A soft melting hazelnut praline made from lots of dark roasted hazelnuts and pure cocoa butter, enhanced with a crispy hazelnut piece, Bourbon vanilla and cinnamon. Covered with dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 70% and a huge character. Completely vegan!”
And yes, as you can read, a filled chocolate, as always in the ‘handscooped’ series from Zotter. Crazy tasty, a bit like a bonbon, but then in bar form. Very sweet and in this case also completely vegan friendly. But you don’t notice that, it’s just a delicious chocolate with nuts, which also happens to be vegan. We would like to add that they do that well at Zotter. That certainly also applies to the chocolate truffles from Booja Booja – all vegan but also something where you absolutely do not need or want any milk. In short, suitable for everyone, we would like to say.
Dark chocolate filled with hazelnut praline (41%) and hazelnut crunch (12%)
Ingredients: Raw cane sugar, cocoa mass, hazelnuts, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), whole cane sugar, salt, vanilla powder, cinnamon.
Cocoa content: Minimum 70% in the dark chocolate
Contents 70 grams. Organic.
