With a layer of dark chocolate and a filling made with red wine. The red wine used is not just any wine, but comes from the area around Zotter in Austria, from Olivin of the Blauer Zweigelt.
The makers say: “A hint of red wine: Olivin, the top wine from Winkler-Hermaden, grown on volcanic soil, blends with a sweet chocolate ganache like an intense red wine, Blue Zweigelt. The ganache is made from dark chocolate and a vegan white rice couverture, enriched with vanilla, and the whole is coated in dark chocolate and entirely vegan.”
Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, red wine (13%: contains sulfites), cocoa butter, invert sugar syrup, rice drink powder (rice, sunflower oil, salt), starch syrup, red currant concentrate, sunflower oil, vanilla powder, salt, emulsifier: lecithin (sunflower)
