With a layer of dark chocolate and a red wine filling. The red wine used is not just any red wine, but from the Zotter region in Austria, sourced from Olivin from Blauer Zweigelt.
The makers say: A touch of red wine: Olivin, the premium wine from Winkler-Hermaden, sourced from volcanic soil, blends with a sweet chocolate ganache like an intense red wine, Blue Zweigelt. The ganache is made with dark chocolate and vegan white rice couverture, enriched with vanilla, and the whole thing is coated in dark chocolate and completely vegan.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, red wine (13%: contains sulphites), cocoa butter, invert sugar syrup, rice drink powder (rice, sunflower oil, salt), starch syrup, red currant concentrate, sunflower oil, vanilla powder, salt, emulsifier: lecithin (sunflower).
