Description
A milk chocolate filled with mascarpone ganache and coffee ganache with rum (1.5%).
Together… a chocolate that, in our opinion, comes very close to tiramisu—we think it’s really delicious.
Zotter says about it:
“Più bella cosa non c’è: a layer of mascarpone enriched with almond praline, white chocolate and real Bourbon vanilla, with a second, intense layer of coffee chocolate made from dark chocolate, a coffee couverture, freshly ground Zotter coffee from their own in-house coffee roastery and a generous splash of rum, covered on the top and bottom with an ultra-thin coffee couverture and fully wrapped in a fine milk chocolate coat with a cocoa content of 50%.”
Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, mascarpone (6%: cream, milk protein, salt, raw cane sugar, vanilla flavour), milk, invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, rum, almonds, coffee powder (1%), sweet whey powder, ground coffee beans (1%), caramelised milk powder (skimmed milk powder, sugar), whole cane sugar, vanilla powder, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), salt, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar), rose petals.
Cocoa (cocoa mass and cocoa butter): minimum 50% in the milk chocolate.
Allergy note: contains milk, almond, soy and alcohol. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, gluten, eggs and sesame.
