Zotter’s filled Handscooped series offers bars in virtually every flavor. It’s a kind of cross between a bonbon and a chocolate bar, but essentially just (well…just) a filled chocolate.

In this case, a true treat for every white chocolate lover.

Because this is a white chocolate filled with vanilla ganache and white chocolate mousse.

The makers say, “Delicious white vanilla clouds atop a light white chocolate mousse, made with white chocolate and frothy, whipped butter, enriched with a touch of orange juice – they literally melt in your mouth. On top is a vanilla mousse made with real vanilla, white chocolate, whipped cream, milk, and a pinch of salt. It’s pleasantly sweet and deliciously creamy, and coated in a layer of white chocolate.”

Deliciously sweet, creamy, with a fine texture.

Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, invert sugar syrup, cream, sweet whey powder, whole cane sugar, milk, orange juice concentrate, vanilla powder (0.2%), emulsifier: soy lecithin, salt, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, cinnamon.

Contents: 70 grams.
