The juneberry, also known as a chuckley pear even though it’s not a pear at all, resembles a blueberry in both appearance and flavour. In this filled chocolate bar by Zotter, the juneberry is used to create an intensely fruity layer, combined with a smooth melting hazelnut praline and enriched with crispy dark bread crumbs baked in butter. Once again, a delicious treat!
