Zotter Handscooped – Hibiscus + Mint

Description

Another special combination by Zotter: 70% dark chocolate filled with white peppermint cream and hibiscus ganache.

Zotter describes it as follows: “Tender-melting and simply invigorating: a refreshing layer of white chocolate and mint combined with a red hibiscus layer, made by blending hibiscus powder — boiled in milk — with almond praline and white chocolate. The whole creation is finished with a dash of lemon and a sprinkle of salt, and coated in dark chocolate with 70% cacao.”

You may have to be into this kind of flavor combination — it does somewhat resemble After Eight chocolates. But the freshness of the mint and hibiscus pairs beautifully with the creamy softness of the almond praline and white chocolate! The flavors melt together wonderfully as you eat it.

Ingredients: dark chocolate filled with peppermint cream (30%) and white chocolate hibiscus ganache (30%). Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, milk, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, almonds, sweet whey powder, hibiscus (1%), concentrated lemon juice, whole cane sugar, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), vanilla powder, salt, mint oil (0.01%), cinnamon, lemon powder (concentrated lemon juice, corn starch, sugar), rose petals. Minimum 70% cocoa in the dark chocolate.

Allergy note: contains nuts, milk, and soy. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, eggs, sesame, and gluten.
