The first thing we noticed when we had this bar in our hands… GOLD!

You can’t see it very well in the picture but the gold is really shiny gold, very shiny and very festive. We can certainly say it’s a real Christmas surprise, just for that reason.

The chocolate itself is a deliciously sweet caramel couverture, so a white chocolate with caramel that covers a filling with a praline of caramel almond and small crispy pieces.

The makers say about it “A crispy, sweet Christmas chocolate, filled with a caramel and almond praline, freshly made from caramelized almonds, together with a little white chocolate and lots of crispy wafers. It has a wafer-thin layer of milk chocolate and is completely covered with a candy-sweet caramel couverture. Design with a golden pattern.”

Ingredients: unrefined cane sugar, almonds (25%), cocoa butter, caramelized milk powder (8%: skimmed milk powder, sugar), crispy wafer pieces (6%: wheat flour, sugar, butter, skimmed milk powder, barley malt extract, salt), whole milk powder, cocoa mass, butter, skimmed milk powder, unrefined cane sugar, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), whey powder, salt, vanilla powder, cinnamon, rose petals, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar).

Allergy note: contains almond, milk, oats, soy, whey powder. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, egg and sesame.
