Description
Zotter creates a wide variety of filled chocolates (sometimes quite extreme ones). Fillings with spirits (tequila, rum, whisky, beer), all kinds of nuts, and much more.
There are also definitely classics among them, and this bar is a true “back to basics” filled chocolate. No long ingredient list, just simple: a dark chocolate with a dark chocolate mousse filling.
Of course, it is not as airy as a chocolate mousse dessert (otherwise it wouldn’t keep as long), but the taste is very similar—slightly firmer, yet still pleasantly smooth, with a quite pure chocolate flavour. Just a straightforward chocolate taste, no frills.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, butter, invert sugar syrup, milk, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, salt, chili “bird’s eye”.
The chili is only present in a very small amount for a subtle extra note, but it is definitely not spicy—it’s really minimal. It also contains butter for flavour and texture, which means this chocolate is not vegan. Our regular dark chocolates are always vegan—otherwise we indicate it like here.
