Filled chocolate from Zotter with the beautiful title “Waldwunder”, meaning “forest wonder”.

A chocolate in which everything from the forest comes together. With chestnut milk chocolate, a filling of blackberry and hazelnut, and a touch of fir oil!

It makes you feel like you are in the forest, while, as always with Zotter’s filled ‘Handscooped’ chocolates, you are enjoying a treat that is gone before you know it. Organic, fair, and bean-to-bar, made in Austria.

The makers describe it as:

“Chestnut milk chocolate filled with blackberry ganache and hazelnut nougat, refined with fir oil. Off to the forest: immerse yourself, take a deep breath, and enjoy! A deep red, fruity blackberry layer, rounded off with a hint of lemon. This is complemented by a delicately melting hazelnut nougat layer, subtly refined with fir oil, which instantly evokes fresh forest air. Fruity, nutty, and melt-in-the-mouth. A wafer-thin layer of milk chocolate, coated in a homemade chestnut couverture blended with milk chocolate. The taste of the forest.”

Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, hazelnuts (8%), cocoa mass, milk, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, chestnut powder (3%), blackberry concentrate (3%), freeze-dried blackberries (3%), invert sugar syrup, blackberry puree (2%), starch syrup, butter, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), salt, whole cane sugar, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar), vanilla powder, lemon juice concentrate, emulsifier: lecithin (sunflower), fir oil (0.01%), cinnamon.

Allergens: contains milk, soy, hazelnuts. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, egg, gluten, and sesame.

Contents: 70 grams. Only available in German packaging.
