As a tribute to the famous French dark praline, Zotter has created a dark roasted almond praline with an intense almond flavor, mixed with a little fine chocolate made with 80% cocoa. This is finished with a small pinch of salt.
The bar indeed has a very pleasant dark and intense flavor, not too sweet and with a soft melting texture. Because there is not only chocolate on the outside but also within the praline, you experience a deep cocoa taste, with the almonds adding a beautiful extra dimension.
